Nicole Morris is the Owner and Lead Tax Preparer at Omega Tax Service, LLC. Having started in the tax preparation business as a teenager, Nicole’s early tax preparation days were spent assisting her mother, Brenda, with the preparation of tax returns of family members and friends. With her help, Brenda’s tax prep clientele expanded by word-of-mouth from family and friends, to friends-of-friends, to neighborhood residents and on to complete strangers who had heard of the great service being provided by a mother & daughter team.
By the time Nicole graduated high school in 1993, she was already a seasoned tax professional. She immediately enrolled into an Accounting program at Columbus Technical Institute (now Columbus Technical College) in Columbus, GA and began preparing income tax returns independently. For the next several years, she worked in Manufacturing, City Government and Human Services… in addition to her seasonal tax business. In 1999, Nicole relocated to the Metro Atlanta area – where she began her accounting career with a hospitality giant. For the next 15 years, Nicole would serve in various accounting capacities, such as Staff Accountant, Credit Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Collections Supervisor, and Capital Recovery Analyst – until 2014, when she decided to take her tax preparation business to the next level and established Omega Tax Service, LLC.
Over the years, Nicole’s practice has grown at a steady pace. Client retention has been outstanding and new clients often compliment on her accuracy, commitment to service and competitive pricing. Today, Nicole is a successful business owner and commits to her practice on a full-time basis.
